This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 1650 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of the services offered.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 1650 platform, you automatically agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to continue using the platform.

These terms apply to all users of the 1650 platform, including visitors without an account, registered members, and active users. This platform is a service intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.

1650 reserves the right to amend, add to, or update these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 1650 platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.

When registering, you must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. False or misleading information may result in your account being terminated without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password secure. 1650 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. Please contact customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

As a user of the 1650 platform, you agree to use this service only for lawful purposes that comply with applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Using automated software, bots, or other technical tools to exploit the platform's systems.
  • Attempting to manipulate or disrupt the normal operation of the platform in any way.
  • Sharing, transferring, or selling your account to a third party.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any suspicious financial activity.
  • Abusing bonuses, promotions, or rewards programmes in a manner contrary to the original intent of the offer.

Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all unredeemed balances or bonuses, and legal action where necessary.

Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR

All financial transactions on the 1650 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The platform supports local payment methods including FPX and TNG eWallet for the convenience of Malaysian users.

Deposits: Deposits will be credited to your account once successful confirmation is received from the payment provider. Processing times vary depending on the method selected, typically between 1 and 15 minutes. 1650 is not liable for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or eWallet providers.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or eWallet registered in your name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. All withdrawal requests are subject to security checks and identity verification, which may require supporting documents.

Limits & Fees: Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals may vary depending on your account level and chosen payment method. Up-to-date information on these limits can be found in the Deposit/Withdrawal section after logging in. 1650 reserves the right to apply processing fees in certain circumstances, and users will be notified in advance.

Limitation of Liability & Account Suspension Policy

The 1650 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to ensure continuous and error-free operation, we make no guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption, particularly under circumstances beyond our control such as third-party server failures, internet disruptions, or other unforeseen events.

1650 is not liable for any direct or indirect financial losses incurred by users as a result of service disruptions, betting outcomes, or any technical issues beyond the platform's control.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy

1650 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

  • Breach of these terms and conditions.
  • Suspected fraud or money laundering.
  • Multiple account registrations.
  • Providing false information during registration.
  • Activities that compromise the security or integrity of the platform.

Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

All content on the 1650 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations — is the property of 1650 or its content providers and is protected by applicable copyright laws.

You are not permitted to copy, redistribute, republish, modify, or commercially exploit any content on the platform without prior written consent from 1650.

This platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided purely for informational convenience and do not imply any endorsement or approval by 1650 of the content on those sites. 1650 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law

1650 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time in response to business needs or regulatory changes. Users will be notified of significant updates via in-account notifications or through revisions to this page.
